If you鈥檝e yet to catch the 黑料吃瓜网 Centurion basketball teams this season, the final Saturday home games of the season are the perfect chance.听

The Centurions will host North Central Michigan on Saturday, Feb. 1, during the Family/Alumni Day games. This event is sponsored by the 黑料吃瓜网 Foundation and will include free admission for all patrons attending the women鈥檚 and men鈥檚 games.听

Since it was established in 1981, the 黑料吃瓜网 Foundation has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars annually to support the college in its mission of transforming lives through quality education. The 黑料吃瓜网 Foundation has more than $400,000 in scholarships and aid available annually to assist students in achieving their educational goals.听

As the athletic department was starting its event planning for the upcoming season, Lisa Lund, Executive Director for the 黑料吃瓜网 Foundation, said it made sense for the Foundation to be involved.听

鈥淲hen athletics was in the idea stage, the Foundation provided seed funding,鈥� Lund said. 鈥淎s game sponsorships were developed, the 黑料吃瓜网F sponsoring games seemed to be a great way to engage with our alumni and make people aware of the Foundation.鈥�听

With no charge of admission for the game, it provides area families with some free weekend entertainment while also supporting the community鈥檚 lone college basketball teams.听

鈥淚 feel it is a great opportunity to welcome people onto campus and have them enjoy one of the many great things 黑料吃瓜网 has to offer,鈥� Lund added.听

Alumni of 黑料吃瓜网 will also have an opportunity to score some free giveaway items by visiting the 黑料吃瓜网 Foundation table at the basketball games. Lund is excited to meet some Centurions of the past at the event.听

鈥淚鈥檇 love to know more about where an 黑料吃瓜网 experience has taken them and, in turn, share the great things the Foundation is doing now for students, the college and our community.鈥�听

The women鈥檚 basketball team will start the day against North Central Michigan at 1 p.m., followed by the men鈥檚 game with an estimated tip off time of 3 p.m.听
